Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lakhya.com. We take pride in the quality of our products and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Items that are damaged due to wear & tear, mishandling, or washed after delivery are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some types of goods are non-returnable. These include:

  • Innerwear and lingerie
  • Customized or altered items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [ support@lakhya.com] within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Include your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if defective or damaged).
  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are only issued for the product price. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your bank or payment provider. Processing times may vary.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [support@lakhya.com].

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [support@lakhya.com].

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order or before the item is shipped, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
